SugarNSpice send in a photo of her getting both legs tattooed in tandem as well as both of her arms getting tandem corsets as well. The work was done by Kaz, Amanda, Bert and Kaelyn at Stiletto Haus in Grand Rapids, MI. BME isn’t here to judge but we are here to document what’s going on in the world of Body Modification. I’m not sure why she wanted to do all of these things at once but I hope that everything heals up well.
I hope you all had as fabulous of a weekend as I did. Let’s start off this calm and beautiful morning with a simple scarification on Sarasil by John Joyce of Scarab Body Arts in Syracuse, NY. As if John needs any kind of introduction. He’s a BME legend much like Brian Decker and Ron Garza.
XoMateo sent in some photos of very hot man slaves. The guy being pulled is absolutely JACKED. They said this was Halloween fun but I’d definitely like to know exactly how one could acquire all three of these boys. Who wants to throw in with me? They’re in Santa Cruz, so it’s close enough for me!

So this isn’t a particularly challenging or technically difficult scarification other than it’s a pretty even circle but I wanted to post it so I had some subject matter to compare it with. Alex did a Marylin Monroe surface weaving. This is definitely different than your standard play piercing session. Arawak from Saintes, France did the weaving though there wasn’t much info on the “why?”, not that we need a reason, it’s just nice to have sometimes. Our final international post of the day comes from Mistertom. They’re doing implants underneath the black tattoos if it wasn’t obvious. From Nati’s short and sweet email I can garner a couple things. She likes robots, snakes, dimples and has an awesome barette collection. The only thing I’m not sure about is if she likes long walks on the beach. The tattoos are by Luis Bonilla and Alejandro Cole from Statttoos in San Pedro, San Jose which according to google is in Costa Rica. One of my favorite things about BME is the international reach that has been developed because of the internet. It’s amazing how beautiful and multi national our culture is. Hopefully it keeps growing and growing.
