Laceytron as a bridesmaid and “her little purple date”.
I’ve posted Mandy (iam:kitten, cut by Dave) a few times before, but the reason I’m posting her today is that I saw a rather disconcertingly similar piece recently — which I should mention that the wearer insists was planned separately. It’s a really pretty design, so I suppose it’s no surprise that it would be duplicated eventually, but independent of debates about “plagiarism” versus “inspiration” versus “great minds think alike”, I like them both and hope that people are able to walk away without hard feelings on either side.
Stitch was in Atlanta and stopped by to see Max Brand (see also: play piercing from Max) at All Or Nothing Tattoo to do some play piercing (we recently posted the video)… The funny thing is that she had to catch a bus, so they had a one hour time limit from set up to clean up to get all fifty-six needles in and out. We are here at the Southwest Suscon hosted by Ascension. Emrys (iam:TylerDurden) and Jason (iam:jason) from ROP did the piercings — two six gauge hooks. Jimmy James (watch for his IAM page in a couple days) only pulled the car a few feet because he was tearing pretty bad. The hooks were migrating into each other… but he’s fine… he was seen riding a bike about twenty minutes later.
Sean’s coverup tattoo was done by Jeff Gogue in Grants Pass, Oregon; two koi in a yin-yang pattern with a “Love” kanji in the center.

Earlier this year Stainedskin1982 had Rob Grube (Chaos Ephex in Lapeer, MI) help his mother give him a little frog tattoo for mother’s day, along with the requisite “MOM” text.
