Cross-hatch Scarring
You may have seen this on the cover of BME recently, or in the scarification galleries, but I wanted to give some extra attention to this nice scar (hopefully we’ll get to see the healed texture in the future) from Horinaka at AcidCrue in Singapore (iam:incisionglory).
Woodworker or Amputation Fetishist?
ModernEpic‘s newest tattoo was done by David Cho at Laughing Buddha in Seattle, WA. He makes custom hardwood jewelry, so I’m gonna guess my next entry that features him will probably include all ten toes (and all still attached to his feet).
Sacred Heart Piercing
It’s not permanent of course, but this “sacred heart piercing” was done by Andrew at Mystic Marks Tattoo Company in San Marcos, Texas, using twenty six surface piercings and 16 gauge Tygon on a customer’s ribcage.
Classic Flesh Staples
Flesh staples (check out the cheek staples recently posted by the way — those look great), I think, maybe have fallen out of fashion a bit, but I still enjoy seeing them because they really do offer quite a unique look — Fabri’s double stapling was done by Manuel Carreras in Cagliari, Italy.
How Dann broke the Air Conditioner
It’s nipply in Fermenting Cellar B!

Previously: her scarification backpiece, a biker photoshoot, a nice portrait, and a porn convention snapshot.
Dali Elephant Cutting
This great cutting (ink rubbing, actually, although there’s no ink in these pictures) of a Dali elephant (click through to get a closeup of the cuts) was done on Obbe by Christiane of Pinpoint in Oslo, Norway.
Double Double
Um… I don’t know what this baby pumpkin photo means — I guess I dropped out of art school too early — but I do like nape piercings, and if you click through there’s a very pretty and easier to understand photo of Voivodess. Piercings by Darcy and Brian at Freedom in Vernon, BC.
