What interests me the most about Mike’s (intense) modifications is the asymmetry — I think he’s one of the only people I can think of with such large changes where literal reflective balance has not been an issue.

This is one of the more fasciating modifications I’ve seen. The person (who already has a split glans and other heavy work) wanted an aggressive curve to the right in his penis, so he’s been making small injections of 70% alcohol into the cavernosa on that side. This is after the second 0.2ml injection, with two more planned. Because it kills off some of the tissue, which then scars together more tightly than it was before, the result is a curve.
Maybe someone with a really long penis will attempt a corkscrew.

Wow, Urea‘s intense scarification work coupled with the massive implants he has under them (all self done by the way!) is really something, I mean, to the point where I would think people with zero experience with body modification must really be totally freaked out and not understand what they’re seeing! BME has covered subclavical piercings in the past, and recently in an art context, and we have a gallery of various “deep piercings”, but I have to say that the subclavical piercing is one of the few piercings that deeply concern me. Because it directly bypasses and opens a channel through the body’s primary defence mechanisms, it’s effectively like having puncture injuries penetrating into your inner body (like past your ribs), and leaving the weapon in place for your body to heal around.
