It’s hard to go to a US Tattoo Convention without seeing a performance by the lovely CRASH and for good reason, she has managed to flawlessly combine the sexy and the shocking in a way that appeals to a very large audience.

The look on her face as Jawn skillfully manipulates a long skewer through her neck makes the audience wonder if she is in excruciating pain or on the verge of an orgasm. Of course there were a TON of suspension photos from the recent Dallas Suspension Practitioners Convention. Yet, while digging through the hundreds of photos in the ritual gallery, this totally sans-suspension photo jumped out at me. Maybe because it involves old friends of mine, or perhaps just because it is so totally random and awkward. That random awkwardness is what makes it captures the true spirit of most of the mod events I have been to better than the more typical posed, or serious shots.

Any longtime modblog reader will probably remember xronix in one of his multiple previous features. He has been featured numerous times on here and for good reason, he has an amazing collection of mods and changes looks enough that each feature appears totally different from the last. I really dig this picture, it’s almost like he has evolved past human and if I were ever to make a sequel to “The Fifth Element“, I would damn sure cast him in a major role.

In the 559 pages of Music Tattoos, I bet you would have almost zero chance of finding another Hanson inspired tattoo (feel free to correct me if I am wrong). Yet, there is one IAM user, who’s username says it all ilovehanson. While in Kansas City, she got this ultimate tribute to the young boys with instruments done by Andrew Milko at Mercy Seat Tattoo.

Every year a few hundred piercers, and nearly as many piercees and body mod fans in general venture into Las Vegas Nevada for the annual Associations of Professional Piercers convention. Of those few hundred people, every year a few dozen of them go to the gun range to shoot various machine guns, high caliber pistols and other assorted bits of explosive awesomeness. Adventures in childbirth

This had been sitting in my inbox a while and somehow got overlooked. Anyhow, better late than never right? Congrats guys!

I wanted to submit some photos from a recent shoot that we did with customers of mine from wanted to submit some photos from a recent shoot that we did with customers of mine from Tellierstudios in Waterloo, NY these are pics of myself (formerly: iam dtm) and my wife with our daughter Rowen lily . On March 11th we actually delivered our son ourselves. We had planned on having an at home assisted delivery with our Midwife Meg, but our son had other plans. The time between the water breaking and his actually delivery was less than a minute and a half. Basically she pushed and I caught..lol we made our call to 911 and I tied and cut the cord myself. A little later emts arrived and wanted us to go to the hospital , which was completely contrary to what we had planned. so we waited on the midwife to show. Our son Wyatt Danger Ross was born at about 11:30 at night with no complications and is healthy and doing fine. in waterloo ny these are pics of myself (iam dtm) and my wife (iam bribri) with our daughter Rowen lily .
