Steve Haworth sent me this photo of Joel’s resurrection suspension. You’ll notice it’s done using gilson hooks. Jorge Pozuelo took the photos and the suspension itself was done in Madrid, Spain with the A Sangre Fria suspension team. If I’m correct that means cold blood. It’s either that or some kind of alcoholic drink that I don’t know much about. Either way, pretty sick name for a suspension group but then again, everything sounds better in another language.

I like posting boys.
Matthew is this mornings eyecandy. Unfortunately he’s probably only got one sucker and it’s not visible in this photo. He does have some beautiful eyes though. He didn’t tell us anything more about his work or who did it but we won’t hold it against him. One more shot after the jump.
Did I mention that my job is pretty cool?
Where does this go?
Don’t click through until you’ve made a guess? If you’re really far off it means you haven’t been reading enough BME!
If you still haven’t guessed correctly this is a 1 1/2 inch cylinder, 1 1/2 pound custom scrotal piece. This is for boys with very tough balls. Don’t try this at home if you’re only blessed with hipster balls.
Horrifying but true!
Kaz sends in photos of their suspension performance at Theatre Bizarre in Detroit, Mi. I don’t recall seeing this theatre the last time I was in Detroit. I love seeing suspension groups that put on a great show complete with makeup and performances, other than just the whole “look at me I’m doing a suspension”. Next time, let’s hope they send in some video!
More photos after the jump. What else would be after it?

All things ass
Darby & Fen from Ink Revolution Studios in Kingsport, TN sends in these lovely shots from their most recent play piercing session. This is their first contribution to BME and hopefully not their last.
A little something something after the jump.. 🙂
Norm asked me “How does she run like that?”.. I’m not even sure what to say to that. I’m sure you guys can come up with plenty.
Good Morning Pretty Boy
This handsome guy has eyes that I don’t mind staring into to start off my day. Unfortunately it doesn’t appear that he’s on IAM as of yet but hopefully that changes soon. I know it’s not a popularity contest but photos like these make me miss the old “BME beauty pageants” that we had. I’d love to do a calendar of BMEboys and BMEgirls. Maybe it’s a good reason to get away with looking at pictures of good looking modded folk.
I’m not straightedge.
Been hanging around this town too long.
Modblog Posts!
Hey all,
Just updating you to let you know Modblog will resume tomorrow. I was stuck out of town and couldn’t add posts. I couldn’t get connected to the internet long enough to upload photos but have just gotten back home. I’m in the process of downloading a huge backlog of images and I should have stuff ready to go.
I’m in the BMEshop today packing orders and printing t-shirts and tomorrow I’ll start posting to Modblog. Take care!
Rachel
And now for something I wouldn’t recommend.
Way back in 2008 I made the conscious decision not to post as much “extreme” content on Modblog. This was mainly due to the feedback that I was getting from contributors to BME that they were only getting as much extreme work done just to get showcased on Modblog. While I’m happy that people love BME and Modblog so much that they want to be featured on it, it was troublesome after an individual asked that his photos be taken down because he was now homeless due to his extreme facial mods. It was a wakeup call. Some comments have been left that claimed that Modblog is boring because there aren’t “new and exciting” things being posted. Given that BME has been documenting the community since 1994, the most “new and exciting” mods have already been done. While there are still rare things being done, there aren’t the leaps and bounds in progress and advancements in the modification world that there used to be in the beginning of this decade. I remember when the first eyelid piercing was posted. There was outrage! The same went on with implants, scarification advancements, and even microdermals which have suddenly become the “new navel”. I walk down the streets of Los Angeles and I have seen 40 year old mothers with microdermals in their faces. We can’t always do something new so I’m bringing you something “old” yet still fairly uncommon.
This set of photos comes out of Brazil and it’s by Urea. Let’s hope the redness subsides and this piercing doesn’t irritate the eye any further.
I’m leaving to catch a plane back to Vegas so you guys be good. When I get there I’ll try to keep up with the posts as long as I have internet. More photos after the jump of course!
