Having been a fan of M*A*S*H since I was in short pants, I have to say, I love Jen‘s Hawkeye Pierce thigh-piece, signpost and martini and all, by Ron Meyers at Hot Rod Tattooing in Martins Ferry, Ohio.

Thiago sends us this set of photos from a tattoo removal he did while in Curitiba, Brazil … only instead of using frickin’ lasers, he just cut the sucker off. Procedural photos after the jump.

The last time we featured Rachel, she was just cold layin’ in the tub, covered in pomegranate seeds, acting as the physical manifestation of complex math theories. This time, well, she’s showing off her fancy new scarification piece by Charles Finnie at Eye of the Lotus in Edmonton, Alberta.
EDIT: Whoops! This cutting is actually on Zara, and Rachel just took the pictures. Thank you to the several thousand people who declined the opportunity to call me a jackass and very graciously corrected me.

Oh, it’s our pink-and-etc.-haired friend Radical Kiba! Here she is before defying doctors’ orders to stop making “that face.” The chilling medical evidence, after the jump.

Holy crap, it worked! Welcome, friends, to the inaugural BME Podcast. Isn’t this exciting? We figured it was time to revive the old BME Radio format and spruce it up a bit with all sorts of Web 2.0 nonsense, and so here we are. As I mention on the show, this is very much still in the experimental stages, so any and all feedback is very much appreciated, both in terms of the sound quality and technical aspects, as well as guests you’d like to hear and topics and issues you’d like to be discussed. If things go well, you could be hearing a whole lot more of my deep and manly timbre.
On today’s podcast, our guest is Allen Falkner, who joins us to discuss the upcoming SusCon he’s organizing, Nevada’s current attempt to ban suspension, the six-hour suspension Chris Glunt just performed, and more. (Also, visit him at Fade Fast for all your tattoo removal needs!)

I’m working on a new feature that should (hopefully!) be ready by the morning, but before then, I wanted to share these shots of some hand-poked tattoo work over scar tissue that Ferank Manseed of Mudra Tattoo did while on the road. Some more procedural shots after the jump.
