Last time we saw The Enigma, he had just gotten some wild skin removal scarification, with John Durante having cut out big X’s around his eyes. He also had a ton of facial piercings covering the lower half of his face. And, well…Durante took care of those, too, apparently. I’m looking very forward to the inevitable commenters who’ll remark that they hope Enigma knows he’s never going to find a job looking like this.

John Durante Would Also Like to Cut You in Philly

In addition to the already stacked line-up of scarification artists at the fast-approaching Philadelphia Tattoo Arts convention, globetrotting bon vivant John Durante will also be available for scarification appointments every day of the convention. This is an absolute murderer’s row, folks. Get thee to Philly.

And so here is international playboy John Durante, hanging out at the Baltimore Tattoo Arts Convention at the end of January, and just cold skewering folks all over the place (including the lovely Tracie) as part of a performance involving, among others, Nu Ethix Suspensions. Suspension Queen!

Jared sent in this wicked footage of Tracie (who seems mildly infatuated with her right boob and was formerly TracieHanna on IAM – More on ModBlog) completing a 27 hook, 18 transition suspension (!!) at the Chicago Tattoo Convention a week ago. Could it be a world record?

Getting Shit Dunn!

This fantastic five hour scarification piece is on Eric and by Wayde Dunn (more). It completes what they started at Scarwars3 last year in Philadelphia!

I’ll keep you posted on how it heals! Finally, Wayde also asked me to mention that from the 23rd of August 2008 until the 23rd of September he will be working from Laughing Buddha in Seattle, WA as a guest body piercer plus he will be taking appointments for scarification! LTD Crew Cliff Suspension

Ron Garza, John Durante, and Chris Glunt have been exploring the world, and recently found themselves at San Marcos on Lake Atitaln in Guatemala — $10 a night accommodations — and after doing some 50ft cliff dives, already high on adrenaline, Chris suspended with two 6ga hooks and rigging tied to a boulder. Looks like an amazing experience — continue reading for more photos, and add their pages to your reading list to follow their adventures of course.
