Keep Moving

It may surprise you to learn that your editor, who only spends about 20 hours a day in front of his computer, is not a particularly accomplished cyclist. The same cannot be said, however, for James, currently piercing at High Priestess Piercing, who’s either fixing something on his bike or just posing for some fancy through-the-spokes photo, either one of which is just dandy with us.

Keep Watering

Now there’s a pretty face, no? Good looking piercings, a hearty smile, and hey, there’s even some sort of experimental body jewelry on her forehead that manages to not penetrate the skin and instead sticks to the outside! Ha ha, man, what’ll they think of next? Oh, and what the hell, how about a close-up after the jump.

This Week in BME

And rounding out our week, here, is the lovely, doe-eyed and excellently monikered McShady, which I’m pretty sure is the name of the Dublin detective school that Colin Farrell graduated from. You’ve worked hard all week, ModBloggers—you’ve earned your sweets.

(Piercings by Ryan Terrillion and Brian Decker.)

So it goes, friends. What happened this time around?

Hearty mohawks!

Alex, our Suscon correspondent, killed it all week.

George Waters wrote the weirdest column about tattoos ever.

We baited the commentariat just a little bit.

We went black and white, briefly, for a good cause.

There’s always room for cello.

We’ll be in and out over the weekend, but come next week, we’ll fire this sucker back up just like you’d expect. Until then, enjoy your humid weekend, stay safe and, of course, thank you for your continued support of BME.

I Could Fix That

And here we have the alleged “Pikku,” clearly disobeying doctors’ orders and making some silly face that will probably stick like this, but hey, at least we get to see—among many fine-lookin’ upper and lower lip piercings, of course—a nicely healed DIY tongue split, done over the course of a month and a half with nothing more than a piece of yarn. Somewhere in the distance, Richard Dean Anderson is standing on top of a mountain, staring blissfully into a glorious sunset, gently nodding his approval.

An Unspeakable Dawn

What’s that, ModBloggers? You’ve had a rough day and need a bit of a pick-me-up? Well, as luck would have it, here is the most mind-destroyingly adorable thing you’ve seen in a while. That up there would be Faye (previously), positioned next to a tattoo that looks a little familiar, wouldn’t you say?

My boy, Waldemar, made for Valentine’s Day this drawing of me (then still on paper). A couple of months later, when he was bored, he decided to tattoo his masterpiece on his upper leg.

There, isn’t that better?

It’s Got Its Own

Well, here’s a nice young fella, hmm? Big stretched lobes and nostrils, a little scruffy, hair of which your editor is slightly jealous, but beyond that, we know almost nothing about him! No name, no word of his location…is he just being mysterious, or does this handsome stranger have something to hide?

Falsity to Truth

And here we have the lovely Hydra! Unfortunately, she’s only showing off a single head, but, hey, it’s a good one, right? Credit the piercings and the tattoo (which, naturally, features a hydra’s head popping off) to the good folks at Freedom Body Piercing and Tattooing in Vernon, British Columbia, and the tattoo in particular to Troy Semkiw. More after the jump? More after the jump.

I Want To Forget

We’ve previously praised this young lady’s asymmetrical decisions, and even though she’s removed some jewelry, she’s just lovely, isn’t she? And would you believe our luck? She’s included a whole set of photos for us to peruse! We don’t know much of anything about this mystery woman, but hey, we’d rather have images with mystique than nothing at all, right? Right.

Sliding The Sunfish

Hey, look at that punim! Apparently, the always-lovely babylovedoll has traded in her red/orange/raspberry swirl/etc. locks for a bright, summery blue, and we can’t help but approve. There aren’t many sure things in life, but death, taxes, the coming space monster war and adorable pictures from our model up there seem to be reliably constant. We’ll take it.

Mount The Stump

And here we have aloewishes, hanging out in his natural habitat (or at least a fair approximation at the Garfield Park Conservatory in Chicago, Illinois), scoping out the goods on this big old prehistoric leaf and showing off dots of flesh removal beneath the eyes, two-inch lobes, a two-gauge philtrum, six-gauge nostrils and more. More photos of our hero in the wild, after the jump.

It’s Thursday, ModBloggers—all around, oh all around.
